Sunday morning worship and teaching 10:30 -11:30 am
You will find a mix of ages and expressions of music for you to connect with on Sundays at 10:30. The teaching emphasizes a message from God to us today in the Bible. See the Teaching section for an update on the current series.
There is childcare for children up to three years of age which is available for the entire service. Part way through the service older children go to their own program.
Our mission is to transform the community in which we live through the power of the Spirit of God working in us. In practical terms this means in all of our activities we want to demonstrate the love of God as we interact with others around us. We have several planned groups that give us the opportunity to grow in our faith through the study of His Word, praying together, sharing life moments and encouraging one another.
We prefer to call this “gathering” rather than the more formal word “service”. Although there is a planned worship and teaching time, we are an informal group taking time out of our week to spend learning more about God. Following that time we have refreshments in the lobby which is a good time to get to know one another better. All are welcome.
Kindergarten – grade 5 go to “Nexgen”
We desire to see the children develop a personal faith in Jesus Christ which is the main focus of all of our children’s programs. The leaders have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a love of teaching children which is evident in all that they do. The children are nurtured in a safe, non-threatening environment where they value a love of God’s Word and friendships with each other.
On Sunday morning it is an excellent time for the children to learn about God’s Word through an interactive time together singing, acting and doing artistic projects. Each week there is a story from God’s word and a verse connected to the activities for the session. The stories are presented in an easy to understand manner suitable to the age group. Time is allotted for prayer with the children and opportunities for them to express their questions in an informal setting.
Junior High
The Junior High meet together as a group from approximately 10:50 – 11:30 am. They are lead by adult teachers who guide them as they interact on different topics based on Biblical content. This is also a good opportunity for any new teens to get to know the regular group and their leaders.
